We had so much fun at the 2025 Orlando Claims Association (OCA) Annual Continuing Education Seminar and Cook-Off on March 13th in Maitland! We’re still thinking about this BBQ. DDA Forensics was proud to sponsor this annual event that brings together insurance professionals, restoration experts, and industry leaders for a fun-filled day of CE courses, great food and even better connections.
Before the grills got going, attendees learned from seasoned experts on key topics affecting claims professionals today, including:

These sessions provided actionable insights and practical tools for adjusters and legal professionals, reinforcing OCA’s mission to support professional growth while building community.
As forensic engineers and building consultants with extensive backgrounds in contracting and adjusting, we understand the importance of strong relationships in this industry. Events like the OCA CE Day & Cook-Off give us a chance to step away from the laptops and job sites and spend time with our peers, while also supporting a great cause. This year’s cook-off benefited the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Florida, which helps families stay close to their children during hospital stays.
