General Contractor – Roofing Contractor

Tim began his career in 1980, working at Metal Building Components, where he handled orders for contractors, scheduled material manufacturing, loaded and delivered materials at job sites, and assisted engineers designing full system roofs. Tim joined S.M.C.I. (Specialty Maintenance and Construction Inc), where he managed the design and fabrication of Launch Pad A and B at the Kennedy Space Center. He also worked with Fossil fuel turbine accessories, airport support equipment, and think tank solution projects. In 1996, Tim founded 21st Century Fabrication Inc., company designed to do various metal fabrication and repair work. He secured a Florida certified building license in 2004 and a Florida certified roofing license in 2005. In 2008 Tim founded KTG Property Solutions, Inc., company providing consulting services in property claims adjusting including water damage, fire damage, wind damage, roofs damage, exterior structure, and interior structure. As a consultant during the aftermath of hurricanes Charly, Frances, Ivan, Jeanne and Wilma, Tim worked closely with insurance adjusters helping customers settle claims and complete repairs. He has completed over 1,100 roofs and 1,800 repair projects for residential and commercial buildings between 2004 & 2008. In 2008, he became a Florida Certified Adjuster, and has handled countless claims for water damage, fire damage, and wind damage. Between 2017 and 2018 he was deployed for hurricanes Irma, Florence, and Michael. In late 2019, Tim joined DDA Forensics as an expert General Contractor. He will be undertaking inspections, finding cause and origins, preparing cost and scoping evaluations, and providing expert witness work for our clients.
