Robert Rodriguez

Residential Contractor
Robert began his career as Adjuster with De Olazabal Adjusters in 2008 handling residential claims. His responsibilities included, among other, preparing estimates, coordinating negotiations with opposing appraiser and umpires, and preparing awards for settlements. In 2010, Robert was one out of twenty independent adjusters, hand chosen by Citizens Property Insurance to establish the Managed Claim Model (MCM) program. Duties included, but were not limited to, assessing damages for residential properties, coverage determination, negotiations with vendors and distributing payment. Given his experience as real estate appraiser in residential and commercial properties, he was deployed to large loss files, catastrophe claims, and complex residential assignments. This allowed Robert to establish long-term working relationships with multiple clients in the claims and appraisal branches of the industry. Over the course of the next decade, Robert has held multiple positions, including independent adjuster, appraiser, fact witness, liability adjuster, quality assurance specialist, trainer, catastrophe adjuster and mediation specialist. All while working and/or over-seeing the handling of over 10,000 claim files. In 2018, Robert joined DDA Forensics as a field inspector. Given his extensive experience as an appraiser and mediation representative, Robert has provided additional leverage to our team when negotiating claims fairly and impartially with the goal of reaching resolution.
