We’re excited to feature Victoria Chorsi in this month’s Team Spotlight! As a Senior Project Coordinator and Licensed Adjuster at DDA Forensics, Victoria has made incredible strides since joining the team in 2023. She’s earned her All Lines Adjuster license, taken the lead in training new team members, and brings exceptional attention to detail and a dedication to continuous learning that elevates every project she touches.

Why are you passionate about the Industry?

I’ve always been fascinated by how properties are built, and what it takes to sustain them long-term. Working at DDA Forensics has allowed me to dive into the technical side, learning from our experts about building systems, vulnerabilities, and the perils that impact structures. The more I learn, the more passionate I become.

What do you enjoy most about working with DDA Forensics clients?

I genuinely enjoy working with our clients and helping to streamline their claim resolutions.  Whether coordinating with experts or assembling the pieces of a complex project, it’s rewarding to play a part in helping our clients navigate challenging situations. We receive a lot of positive feedback. It feels great to be part of that success.

What do you like most about the DDA Forensics company culture?

The culture here is extremely collaborative and knowledge driven. We’re encouraged to ask questions, stay curious, and keep growing. I learn something new every day from our team of experts, who are incredibly passionate and generous with their knowledge. It keeps the work exciting and meaningful.

What do you think is your biggest business strength?

Adaptability and attention to detail. I often receive kudos from both management and clients for catching things that were missed previously by other companies. It’s that precision and follow-through that help move projects forward smoothly. I take a lot of pride in that.

What are some successes or milestones you’ve achieved at DDA Forensics?

Since joining DDA Forensics in 2023, I’ve advanced quickly, earning my All Lines Adjuster license just a few months later and being promoted to Senior Project Coordinator earlier this year. I’ve successfully trained four new team members, helping them get up to speed and contribute to the team’s success. It’s been a rewarding journey, and I’m proud to continue growing alongside such a talented group of professionals.

While I typically work behind the scenes, I am dedicated to continuous learning. I recently attended a construction defect inspection with one of our senior engineers and general contractors. I gained firsthand insight into how improper installation can severely compromise a structure. Witnessing the onsite process, including expert interaction with attorneys, was eye-opening and incredibly valuable.

Share a fun fact about you!

My daughter holds a fun milestone. She’s the first baby born since DDA Forensics launched!  Also, I take backgammon and ping pong very seriously. My family hosts competitive game nights, and we really have a lot of fun with it.

Winning!
