We’re thrilled to highlight Michelle Munera, Senior Project Coordinator and Licensed Adjuster at DDA Forensics! Michelle brings a calm, steady presence to every project and guides our clients and internal team with reliability, compassion, and razor-sharp expertise.
Why are you passionate about the Industry?
I genuinely care about helping people during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. After a hurricane or major storm, homeowners are overwhelmed, unsure of what comes next. When I connect with them, even if it’s just a courtesy call to schedule an inspection or appointment, I hear their stories, their worries, and their relief when they realize someone is finally stepping in to guide the process.
As a team, we take pride in delivering excellent customer service to both our clients and the insureds. And by supporting our insurance carriers with a streamlined, professional process, we help keep everything moving efficiently during a stressful time.
What do you enjoy most about working with DDA Forensics clients?
One of the things I enjoy most is the strong relationships we’ve built over the years. Many of our clients have been with us for a long time and we have built a great rapport. There’s that sense of trust and familiarity that makes the entire process smoother. Our clients know the level of work DDA delivers and they appreciate how dialed-in and reliable we are.
We hear often how grateful they are for our admin team. They truly appreciate how responsive, organized, and on top of everything we are. It’s always nice to feel appreciated. We answer the phones and respond to emails quickly and do everything we can to move mountains for our clients. Being part of that effort and seeing the impact it has is really rewarding.
What do you like most about the DDA Forensics company culture?
Everyone on our team leads with integrity and honesty — it’s truly at the core of who we are. No matter the title or department, our staff members step in, help out, and make things happen.
I also love how education-focused our company culture is. We’re encouraged to learn, ask questions, and even go out on inspections with our experts so we can understand the technical side and better support our clients. That kind of hands-on learning isn’t something every company offers, and it makes a huge difference. We support each other and we push each other to grow.
What do you think is your biggest business strength?
My biggest strength is my ‘bedside manner’ and the way I treat people, whether it’s my colleagues, our clients, or the insureds. I want everyone I interact with to feel seen, heard, and supported. I do my best to listen, understand what they need, and help in any way I can. Creating that sense of comfort and trust is something I take a lot of pride in.
What are some successes or milestones you’ve achieved at DDA Forensics?
One of my proudest milestones has been my promotion to Senior Project Coordinator. It’s been rewarding to grow into a role where I can make a meaningful impact and be an integral part of the company’s operations. My goal is to continue learning, expanding my skills, and growing right alongside DDA Forensics.
